Without exception, their Ribeye 72 is one of our favorites. A full 12 ounce steak, the Ribeye 72 is marinated for 72 hours in extra virgin olive oil with fresh herbs and seasonings. Then, it is grilled to order over hardwood and usually served with a fully loaded baked potato. Those 72 hours make all of the difference. Each bite drips with taste and deliciousness.
