From their Chef's Specialties menu, this tender fillet of tilapia is lightly pan sauteed with a crisp and flavorful potato-Parmesan crust. The entree comes paired with an 'after-Thanksgiving, healthy-minded' vegetable couscous and a lemon-basil butter sauce.
