From their Chef's Specialties menu, this tender fillet of tilapia is lightly pan sauteed with a crisp and flavorful potato-Parmesan crust. The entree comes paired with an 'after-Thanksgiving, healthy-minded' vegetable couscous and a lemon-basil butter sauce. But if you're having thoughts that it'll taste just as healthy as it sounds - don't. There's good reason it's one of the Chef's Specialties.
