Made of seasoned pork it is deep fried until crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. This dish is served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, jalapenos, sliced avocado, Spanish rice, refried beans and tortillas. Say goodbye to Taco Bell and say hello to Los Cabos.
