Sakura’s Miso Soup was a welcoming start on these chilly days in Fort Wayne. The Avocado Salad had iceberg lettuce, carrots, and large chunks of avocado with a delicious ginger dressing full of flavor. The Manhattan Roll didn’t disappoint. Shrimp tempura, eel, caviar, avocado, and a wasabi mayo sauce to give it a little spice. You’ll definitely want to add that to your list of favorite sushi rolls.
