Subway Chipolte Chicken & Cheese

By Waiter on the Way, posted Jun 5th, 2011 at 9:27AM

This week we tried out Subway's new featured $5 sub of the month, the Chipolte Chicken & Cheese. For either $3.50 for a 6" or $5 for the footlong, the Chipolte Chicken and Cheese (CCC) makes a delicious meal to mix things up. The CCC uses the chopped up chicken without any sauce, (same type as used with the buffalo chicken or teriyaki chicken, but those do have sauce) and then basically you just build your own sandwich and of course they recommend the chipolte sauce. Overall the sandwich was pretty good but nothing amazing, as you could have basically made the same sandwich before by just added chipolte sauce. Subway however now is offering the limited time Avocado sandwiches which I would prefer ordering next time. Here is some nutritional facts about the Subway Chipolte Chicken and Cheese sandwich: Nutritional Info - Subway Chipotle Chicken & Cheese - 6-inch on 9-Grain Wheat (265g) Calories - 450 (160 from Fat) Fat - 18g (Saturated Fat - 5g) Sodium - 1040mg Carbs - 47g (Sugar - 5g) Protein - 27g
