If you haven’t ordered tacos from The Hoppy Gnome… you’re missing out! We can’t get enough of these gourmet tacos! Especially since they are our neighbors! We decided to go with the pick-three taco meal. We chose the Three Little Pigs Taco, Mahi Mahi Taco, and the Duck Confit Taco. Each taco brought its own little feel to dinner. The Mahi Mahi Taco made us feel like we were on vacation with pineapple salsa, mahi mahi, and guacamole. The Duck Confit Taco brought elegance to the table with Mapleleaf Farms duck leg, pasilla pepper infused olive oil, chipotle and tart cherry salsa, and queso fresco. Finally, the Three Little Pigs Taco brought a barbeque feel with three different kinds of pork (pork belly, carnitas, & pork cheek), Kentucky whiskey glaze, and smoked jalapeño cole slaw.
