This week we tried out the Smokey Bones Smoked St. Louis Combo with the 1/4 BBQ Chicken. The St. Louis Ribs are dry-rubbed and slow smoked pork ribs and then brushed with our original BBQ sauce and finished on the grill. The BBQ Chicken is a plump 1/4 chicken, marinated both inside and out, then blasted in our sweet rib glaze and slow roasted. This delicious meal is served with two sides of your choice making this combo one of the best you have had in a while. First off, the smoked ribs are fall off the bone tender with a great smoked flavor. We love bbq sauce and added a little extra to both the ribs and the chicken to really enjoy the bbq flavors that Smokey Bones has to offer. The 1/4 chicken was a nice change from a regular chicken breast that we generally order. It also had good flavor and was moist and tender. Having the combo is defiantly the way to go if you are in the mood for barbecue. The Smokey Bones Smoked St. Louis Combo is defiantly the way to go to start your summer off right!
