If I could make one recommendation from Black Canyon, it would be the fish tacos. They offer not one, not two, but three full tacos for their entree. The fish is grilled fresh and served in a warm flour tortilla with avocado, queso fresco, Chipotle crema, cabbage, and diced tomatoes. It is served with black beans and rice along with a very unique jalapeno dipping sauce. It's the perfect meal and it is nothing less than perfection. Throw in their side salad (with a little Cous Cous on the side) and end it with their Key Lime Pie and you have the perfect dinner without breaking the bank. Black Canyon is the place to be at Dupont. If you haven't had the chance to stop by or don't want to brave the lines, I highly suggest a quick order from Waiter on the Way at 260-442-FOOD!
