The rib room is, without a doubt, finger licking good!

The Rib Room has been serving Fort Wayne guests for over fifty years from their State Street location. Even after all these years, the food is classic and delicious with a taste that just does not go out of style. They don't call it The Rib Room for nothing. They offer the best BBQ ribs in slabs, baskets, dinners, and tips. Their pricing ranges from affordable dinners to go as well as exquisite meals for a formal night in, six days a week. If I had to recommend a full meal for the evening, I would start with their escargot appetizer before moving on to their Greek Salad (crisp lettuce, topped with diced green onions, beets, feta cheese, pineapple, tomatoes, olives, peppercini�s, and oil and vinegar dressing). Make sure to save room for a half slab of ribs (served with their one of a kind sauce, and bread). The ribs at the Rib Room are nothing less than a food-experience and it is without a doubt, finger licking good.

This is one of our favorite Fort Wayne salads. With fresh spinach, candied walnuts, strawberries, red onions, goat cheese, and then a side of aged balsamic vinaigrette you can't go wrong. It's the perfect mix of sweet and crunchy flavor in each bite plus it's filled with natural ingredients for those trying to keep their health in mind.
