With all the events happening in Fort Wayne this week, we’ve been eating a lot of heavy foods. So, we decided to get something on the lighter side at Texas Roadhouse. This delicious meal of greens drizzled with Italian dressing, topped with tender filet strips, Bleu Cheese crumbles, bacon bits, red onion, tomato, and croutons will satisfy your craving for steak yet leave you feeling healthy and not regretting bad food decisions. The Steakhouse Filet Salad is served with a Creamy Bleu Cheese dressing, but we chose the house Italian instead. It turns out you can have both: what you want and be healthy!
