This week we tried out the Fajita Ranchero Burrito from Qdoba. The Fajita Ranchero Burrito consists of fire grilled red onions and bell peppers with a tangy Ranchera sauce, and topped with your choice of salsa and cheese or sour cream then served with cilantro-lime rice. For the fajita meat, you can have your choice between fajita chicken or fajita steak, and a salsa option from pico de gallo, roasted chile corn salsa, salsa verde, salsa roja or fiery habenero salsa. If you prefer quacamole, it can be added for $0.85 or Queso for $0.70. For $6.39 the Fajita Ranchero Burrito certainly filled us up and the Ranchero sauce provided a unique flavor separating this burrito from the others.
