It was my friend Ryan’s recent review of Switta Thai Cuisine that peeked my interests. “Super Lazy Mode. Crazy Thai Craving. How do I fix that problem? Waiter on the Way! I order from them at least two to four times a month for busy evenings or lazy days and they always deliver *pun intended*. This time they brought me Switta Thai, it was still piping hot when I received it and delivered in less time than quoted.” How could I not give it a try?

Switta Thai Cuisine is located off of Washington Center Road next to Cracker Barrel. They have been in business for the last seven years and are some of the best original Thai Cuisine in the Fort Wayne area. The restaurant is clean, offers homemade food, and is open Monday - Saturday.

I tried their crab rangoon, the house soup, the Prik Pao Talay with a side of rice, and the Switta Noodle with beef. It was all delicious. With variations of mild and spicy, each dish was created and catered to my request. What I love about Thai food is that I can eat a lot of it without feeling overly full. Switta Thai is no exception. 

The crab rangoon was crispy without being overdone. Both of the main dishes were brought out in very full portions and layered in eggs, carrots, tomatoes, and cashew nuts. Don’t forget to ask for their special sauces when ordering takeout. They really help make the dish (whether you need something spicy or sweet.)
