The key to a successful business is filling an unmet need. Such is the case for Yum-Mee’s Bakery, located in the East State Village, in Fort Wayne.

Thus the concept behind Yum-Mee’s Bakery was born. Now in operation, the bakery offers a full line of gourmet cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, scones, danish, croissant, cookies, artisan breads and custom cakes.

Terry says he’s proud to offer “great, from scratch baked goods in a stylish urban setting.” He is also community minded, active with NIPR and PBS39. He has also participated in several charitable functions and intends to have a presence at local farmers markets this summer.

What’s so special about Yum-Mee’s Bakery? “I think our attention to detail, the quality of our products and customer service put us head and shoulders above our competition,” he says.
