It is fitting that we celebrate National Chili Day every year on the fourth Thursday of February since there’s nothing better than enjoying something warm and delicious (with a kick) during one of winter’s coldest months. National Chili Day 2018 is on Thursday, February 22! We are celebrating with Chef Lim's very own Signature Steak Chili!
