Tania Martin is the Cafe Manager at Vanilla Bean Cookie Cafe at 701 S. Clinton Street in Downtown Fort Wayne. She has worked at Vanilla Bean for over a year after working for Waiter on the Way, the sister company to Vanilla Bean. She is a Fort Wayne native and loves all the changes coming to Downtown Fort Wayne. She says that it has become "more accessible and is filled with improvements." She mentions that downtown is more fun than ever before and "there is always something fun to do."

The Cookie Cafe received a recent makeover and is now open to the public for coffee, cookies, brownies, and a great view of Downtown Fort Wayne. Tania is most excited about "the progress and opportunity that has lead to expansion. It's an exciting time for Vanilla Bean." The proof can be seen not only in the staff but also in the products and the atmosphere. The Vanilla Bean Cookie store is giving people a place to relax, and enjoy both Vanilla Bean and downtown at the same time.

Tania has access to all of these delicious cookies all day long so I had to ask her what her favorite is. "The Lemon Ricotta is definitely my favorite," she says with a smile.
