Say "hello" to Phil Hackworth, one of our drivers here at Waiter on the Way for over four years. He works full-time for us and loves dealing with happy people "because I deliver their food on time." He mentions that there are "rules here but it's not overbearing and everyone here works as a team." He says that "there are people here that I really feel like they are friends and are concerned about our well being more than the average boss would."

"I love being based out of downtown Fort Wayne. For Waiter on the Way, it gives more awareness in the public eye. We are now centrally located instead of starting out north and trying to get to every part of town. We have the kitchen here with our WOW Factor Catering so we can do in-house catering and that has been great for the business. We have high quality food that we can be proud to represent and deliver."
