Aaron Clay, 43, is a full-time driver at Waiter on the Way and has been part of the team for over a year. He is definitely a people-person and is instantly relatable. He connects quickly with customers when delivering and he considers this the perfect job for him. "I found out about it through a mutual friend that worked here. I love it. I love the freedom. To make what we make by driving around, listening to music, and delivering food is a great opportunity." 

In the last year, Aaron has driven over 35,000 miles and knows Fort Wayne like the back of his hand. His personal favorite location is Texas Roadhouse. "I knew every zip code and road because of my mortgage background so I know every shortcut to every street and house. It allows me to get to my next destination quicker and with ease."

When he isn't finding the quickest route, he is connecting with the rest of the WOW team. "I love my coworkers. The office staff is so supportive. Everyone is approachable. I love the camaraderie. From the internal staff to our kitchen crew, its just great. I love working with Derek (owner of Waiter on the Way) because he is one of the few people that loves high-end cars as much as I do. We could sit down and talk cars all day long which we do from time to time. It’s great to have a boss that is approachable and I love that I can go to him about anything."
