Chili’s to Bring Back “Baby Back Ribs” Tune
According to NRN(http://www.nrn.com) Chili’s will be bringing back the “Baby Back Ribs” tune that has not been used in marketing promotions since 2006 to help introduce a new burger and rib cooking techniques. Some of the changes that the article mentions are that the burgers are now made of 100% USDA Ground Chuck and the ribs will now be smoked at lower temperatures until the meat is fall-of-the-bone and use pecan chips instead of hickory smoking chips.
Finally, the article also mentions:
“The restaurants are now also offering premium-topping add-ons beyond the usual lettuce, red onions, pickles and jalapenos. “Along with these toppings, guests can add premium toppings with our ‘Top Your Oldtimer,’ such as avocados, onion strings, bacon and different cheese types,” Sullivan said.”
