800 Degree Three Fires Pizza is known for their pizzas and atmosphere. Located near Jefferson Pointe off of Illinois Road, they are a Fort Wayne staple for the southwest side and surrounding areas. I decided to try 800 Degrees without the pizza and without the atmosphere and I was surprised at the results.

Placing an order for two, I had Waiter on the Way deliver the appetizer portion of the Eggplant Parmesan, The Pasta Con Salsiccia, and their Mista Salad. Even with delivery, the entire meal cost right around $30. As you can tell by the photos, the portions were more than enough to not only leave us feeling satisfied but also have some leftovers for a midnight snack.

The Eggplant Parmesan has oven roasted eggplant, fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato sauce, bread crumb, and Parmesan cheese. It was slightly crunchy and layered with a delicious, soft tomato sauce. The Past Con Salsiccia has sweet sausage, garlic, chili flake, tomato sauce, basil, and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. This portion was by far the most filling and is right on par with any major Italian restaurant in town. The Mista Salad has fresh greens, carrots, cucumbers, fennel, red onion, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and tomato. It is one of the most affordable, filling side salads in Fort Wayne and their house-balsamic is amazing.

In addition to this, like any meal from Waiter on the Way, a few large plates and a little creativity can lead to a large, beautiful dinner for you and your loved ones. Waiter on the Way delivered the food and 800 Degrees Three Fires Pizza delivered the taste. Create your own meal, and have a mini-dinner party at home! Bon Appétit!
