800 Degrees is on fire!

Freshness and attention to detail are what make local pizzeria 800 Degrees stand out.

pizzaCreated in a Neapolitan style; their pizzas are made with Italian Caputo “00” flour; hand stretched to roughly 11”, topped with fresh ingredients, and made to order with no preservatives!  Baked in our wood burning oven imported from Tuscany—at roughly 800 degrees–their pizzas bake directly on the deck of the oven.  (The wood imparts a smoky flavor while the heat creates a crispy outer crust with a tender, moist inside)

800 Degrees dough is handmade daily, their sausage is made from scratch, meat and vegetables are roasted in-house. Another point of difference: they only free-range pork and chicken from Gunthrop Farms in LaGrange. You can taste the difference.

From their fresh salads to their delicate desserts, each menu item is treated with an approach to detail you won’t find at many places. (Picture olive oil drizzled over breadsticks.)

Beer and wine lovers will appreciate their drink menu. After all, what goes better with a pizza than a cold one?

800 Degrees is great for a date, or a family affair. Sophisticated without being uppity, everyone will feel at home here.
