Three Rivers Distilling Co. started operating at 224 E. Wallace St. in downtown Fort Wayne on March 28, 2016. They make a full line-up of spirits including: vodka, gin, rum, moonshine, bourbon, rye, and coffee liqueur. All of the products are handcrafted from grain to bottle using organic, non-GMO grain sourced from a co-op of farmers in Bluffton, Indiana. Beginning February 13, 2018 Three Rivers Distilling Co. opened a restaurant attached to the distillery, offering a full food menu from a scratch kitchen. They use high-quality, most often locally sourced, ingredients to create their food and handcrafted cocktails.
