Well-trained chefs create culinary masterpieces from fresh fish. Sushiya-US uses AAA grade fish and the freshest ingredients available. They are also one of the exclusive restaurants in Fort wayne that carries "Kobe" (beef). Orders are accepted for both lunch and dinner.
