Chickpea Salad Sandwich

Kind of like tuna salad, but very vegan, with slow-cooked chickpeas, onions, celery, dill pickles and Vegenaise, served on our house-made Herb Whole Wheat bread, with lettuce, tomato and balsamic vinaigrette.
Choose your bread, then pick up to four proteins, add organic veggies and dressings.
Our house-made burger has black beans, onion, garlic, red wine vinegar, red pepper, roasted poblano, gluten-free oats, brown jasmine rice, coriander, cumin, chile molido, oregano, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
