It’s a classic brewpub burger. A chargrilled beef patty from Wood Farms, topped with smoked Gouda and our savory-sweet bacon shallot jam. We serve it up on a brioche bun smeared with house aioli and pickled mustard seeds. A generous portion of hand-cut fries comes on the side.
