A blend of fresh Roma tomatoes, red onions, white onions, mushrooms, black and green olives, carrots, cabbage, green peppers, roasted red peppers, and banana peppers in an Italian marinade. Served on toasted ciabatta bread and topped with mozzarella cheese.
