Tender pieces of prime rib, three cheese blend, pico de gallo, and cirtus chile rice wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. Smothered with ancho chile sauce, green chile sauce, and melted cheese. Topped with house made corn and black bean salsa and chopped cilantro.
