Chimichanga Lunch
We stuff a flour tortilla with chunks of beef or shredded chicken, then deep fry it to a golden brown. Cooked with tomatoes, onions, peppers, then topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo.
