Chimichanga - Lunch Special

We stuffed a flour tortilla with chunks of beef or shredded chicken, then deep fry it to a golden brown. Cooked with tomatoes, onions and peppers then topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo.
