Mexican Lasagna - Dinner

This house specialty is our version of lasagna with a Mexican twist. A wonderful combination of cheeses, refried beans, sautéed zucchini, and onions layered between corn tortillas, and our shredded chicken that has been cooked to perfection in traditional sauces. Packed with lots of flavor and topped with our specialty sauce. Served with lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, and sour cream.
