Full Circle has a humble beginning. The owner and Pit Master Tim Longardner originally found his passion for BBQ develop and grow through smoking ribs and brisket for his family dinners using a simple charcoal grill. Eventually, the weekend hobby grew and became more serious when Tim built his barrel smoker, lovingly dubbed R2-D2. Tim then started to enter regional BBQ competitions with his friend Brian Humphries in which he and Tim continued to work through recipes and tweak as they competed throughout the Midwest.
Over the years at BBQ competitions, Tim and Brian honed their craft and the signature Full Circle Rib rub and BBQ sauces. Eventually they won their first professional competition together, beating out over 40 professional competitors at the 2018 Annual Smoke off at Dark Horse Brewery in Marshall, MI. Tim then purchased his full sized BBQ smoker you see on this page and began catering more than ever and cooking with chef Brian and Tim’s son Jake on Sunday’s at 2 Tom’s Brewing Company in Fort Wayne, IN.
Now Tim and his kitchen manager, Todd, operate the restaurant full time inside 2 Tom’s Brewing Company open Wednesday through Sunday. Together they serve award winning beer and amazingly delicious barbecue. Full Circle has proudly catered for weddings, family, and business events, along with events for Harley Davidson, the Fort Wayne Pit bull Coalition, the Fort Wayne Turners Club, and other organizations. The restaurant has also participated in Savor Fort Wayne and Fort Wayne Vegan Restaurant Week serving delicious BBQ and vegan options.
