The ordering process is simple and intuitive. First, customers are invited to create an optional profile by entering basic contact information. Once a profile is created, credit card information can also be stored for future ease of ordering.  The profile is also the place where saved orders and past transactions can be viewed.

Once ready to order, customers can search the site by categories (cuisine), restaurant (150+), or item.  For example, if a customer wants to order Chinese or crab cakes, he or she can search the site to find a restaurant that fits the bill. PDFs of the 131 restaurants’ menus can be downloaded easily on the Web site. Additionally, photos of featured dishes can better illustrate the offerings and entice customers to order new selections.
