Waiter on the Way is now delivering from Taqueria B! With delicious, made from scratch tacos, they offer original combinations of flavor right here in Fort Wayne. I had the opportunity to stop by over the summer at the invitation of Taqueria B and sample all of their drinks, tacos, and desserts. I wasn't surprised that I left full but what took me by surprise was how unique their tacos were. Instead of overdoing each dish, they have the perfect ingredients combined to create a taste that really is unique only to them. Some tacos are sweet, some are spicy, others bring together a unique zest. Regardless, the flavor never falls flat.

Taqueria B said it best when they said "There are no cans, no freezers, and no microwaves. All of our recipes are from scratch. Every single dressing, sauce, tortilla, protein is made in-house using our proprietary recipes. Jalapenos rings are hand-cut, simmered with garlic and pickled in-house. There is no Tabasco or Cholula, instead we have a green jalapeno hot sauce made every morning. We hand-cut our own produce as well. Tortillas are made from scratch using a unbleached flour and a wheat flour."

I can confirm that this is all true. The service is always quick and I love how engaged the staff is. They always make me feel right at home whether I am hanging out at the bar or bringing a few friends together for dinner.
