Justin Castleman has been delivering for Waiter on the Way for the last year. Also known as the Fort Wayne Vlogger, I wouldn't be surprised if you have seen his YouTube videos from one of his Fort Wayne adventures around town. I recently had the chance to ride around with him one night during his evening deliveries and I was pleasantly surprised with the experience.

Over the course of just a few hours we went everywhere from Downtown Fort Wayne to Dupont to Huntertown to Lakeside Park with multiple pick ups in between. Waiter on the Way is ran like a well-oiled machine. With drivers staying in constant contact with the main office and operators via a phone app, he never lacks a new destination to drive to. Speaking of driving, he knows Fort Wayne like the back of his hand. You name the restaurant and the location of your home and Justin will know the quickest route to arrive at your house no matter what time of day.

I loved seeing him interface with both restaurants and the customers. He was quick when he needed to be quick and yet he took his time when it came to interacting with customers, checking to make sure a meal was right, and making sure every detail was completed correctly. Next time you place an order, keep an eye out for Justin. He is one of dozens of full-time and part-time drivers at WOW that are dedicated to delivering not just delicious food but also quality service!
